Noel wasn't too outdoorsy, but this is something he'd make an exception for. After arriving, the noticed that there were some locals with stands. Perhaps this contributed to why Noel didn't know of this festival. Giving the flowers room to grow, and generally keep people indoors. The sun was shining quite bright, a few nights ago it had been raining a lot. Wondering what sorts of people he will meet today. It didn't matter this time, Noel started heading there as well. He knew the reason why, of course, but he wondered if the rest knew as well.
From what he could gather, most people gathered in a part of Orchidia that wasn't inhabited by people. Some sort of Flower Festival and this was quite odd, since Noel wasn't aware that this was being held someplace in Orchidia. Nearly every person that was traveling towards Orchidia today had one destination. But a large ruckus throughout the town changed those plans.
