So I tried downloading it with Vortex, but the case file and train station still nowhere (though the sky was not purple). That didn't work, the file wasn't on nicks desk, the train station was nowhere, and the sky was purple. I tried downloading it manually, I downloaded the file, unzipped it, and put the contents in Fallout4 > data folder. The one with the moving train that's also a settlement.
